Rebecca has been part of SF Recruitment for seven years as Regional Director across the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire region.

Rebecca opened the Leicester operation in 2014 which became profitable within its first year and now as a team of 15 consultants. With over 23 years in recruitment, she brings a wealth of experience in building and managing high performing teams, increasing market share and maximising opportunities for new sectors as well as geographical expansion.

Rebecca realises the benefits of having long-term partnerships with our clients and works hard to ensure she forms such relationships with a wide range of both SME and blue-chip clients.
