Matt heads up SF Executive’s Commercial & Operations practice and has over twenty years of recruitment experience across multiple industry verticals, with a specific focus on the C-suite and executive search space for both domestic and international hires.

Matt’s work is sector agnostic (spanning B2B and B2C) enabling him to define and enact targeted recruitment campaigns for a wide range of senior roles across any sector. The mainstay of his search career has been in the Sales & Marketing, Commercial & Operational leadership arenas for business in the private equity, SME and PLC markets.
