Our client, a well-established business in South Birmingham, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently
  • Support audio-visual and video conferencing equipment
  • Work collaboratively within a large IT support team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a calm, professional approach
  • Exercise problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure
  • Write clear technical and user documentation
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong IT troubleshooting and excellent communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Desirable Experience:

  • Network technologies and mobile broadband support
  • IT support in a commercial environment
  • Microsoft Office, bespoke software, and ITIL v4
  • Incident management tools and remote desktop support
  • Mobile device and BYOD support
