Our client, a well-established business in South Birmingham, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently
- Support audio-visual and video conferencing equipment
- Work collaboratively within a large IT support team
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a calm, professional approach
- Exercise problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure
- Write clear technical and user documentation
- Contribute to cross-functional project teams
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong IT troubleshooting and excellent communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Desirable Experience:
- Network technologies and mobile broadband support
- IT support in a commercial environment
- Microsoft Office, bespoke software, and ITIL v4
- Incident management tools and remote desktop support
- Mobile device and BYOD support
