SF Recruitment are currently partnered with a PE backed healthcare provider based in Central London. The CFO is looking for someone to support them with the integration & transition of newly acquired businesses into the wider company, establishing the foundational processes ahead of a handover to the wider finance team.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, ideal for someone who thrives in project environments, enjoys operating in the grey, and has a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead finance-related elements of post-acquisition integration.
  • Migrate acquired businesses onto the group’s systems (primarily SAGE).
  • Map and implement General Ledger structures.
  • Identify and solve process gaps or inconsistencies during the transition.
  • Drive financial process design, data flow, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and independently.
  • Collaborate closely with Integration Lead and Ops to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Ensure timely and clear handover to the BAU Finance team.

Ideal Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong track record in finance transformation, systems migration or project-based finance roles.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
  • Confident managing stakeholders, juggling priorities, and presenting to investors.
  • Comfortable building structure where little exists.
