Location: Hybrid (Birmingham)
Salary: £46,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Data & Systems Manager to join a highly respected, purpose-driven organisation based in Birmingham. In this role, you will play a key part in optimising and managing People systems, particularly focusing on iTrent, ensuring integration with other systems, and leading a team of analysts to drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of analysts to enhance People systems, focusing on iTrent and system integrations.
Identify and implement system improvements to ensure optimal functionality of People systems.
Manage system upgrades, changes, and provide ongoing support to ensure systems are used effectively across the organisation.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to evolve systems and processes, ensuring they meet organisational and regulatory needs.
Develop and deliver Management Information reports using tools such as Business Objects and PowerBI.
Ensure People data is maintained securely and accurately across all systems.
Promote People systems as the authoritative source of employee and volunteer data, ensuring data is accessible and integrated with other systems as required.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend improvements to ensure systems remain fit for purpose.

What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar People data/systems management role, with knowledge of iTrent or other HR systems (not essential).
Strong data management, analysis, and reporting experience.
Leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and develop a team.
A commitment to continuous professional development and improving user processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
A commitment to inclusion, diversity, and supporting people with complex disabilities.
