Operations Director

Our Client
A rapidly growing, West Midlands-based tour operator with a fantastic reputation for excellence and quality of delivery. As they continue their impressive growth, they have identified the need for an Operations Director to oversee the day to day running of the business.

The Role
In this wide-ranging Operations Director role, you'll report to the CEO and take strategic ownership of the sales and delivery team. Through strong attention to detail, you'll play a key role in ensuring excellence and mitigating risk. You'll ensure compliance with industry regulations and be the interface / liaison between the organisation and the travel governing bodies. With your extensive industry knowledge, you'll be the go to person for queries and occasional troubleshooting.

The Person
The successful Operations Director will have exceptional organisational skills and will be adept at organising large scale events. In order to do this, you will:
- have exceptional attention to detail
- be able to lead, develop, and motivate a sales / delivery team
- have a strong working understanding of ABTA regulations, and be aware of the standards that need to be met in the travel industry
- be driven by quality, honesty, and have a passion for delivering best in class service

The role is based office based, with a West Midlands location
