About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Business Intelligence to join a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG business on an interim basis. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the company's data strategy and enable data-led decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Partner key business stakeholders
• Lead the design and implementation of the company's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the development of advanced analytics capabilities to improve operational efficiency, customer insights, and product performance.
• Manage a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure data governance policies are in place and adhered to, maintaining the integrity and security of all data assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven growth and operational excellence.
• Report directly to the C-suite, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on data.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior business intelligence and data and analytics leadership role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Strong expertise in data strategy, analytics, and governance, with a track record of delivering business impact.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
