Finance Manager (12 month fixed term contract)
I am keen to speak to immediately available finance managers based in Hereford to cover a 12 month maternity cover.
You must have experience to hit the ground running. There will be a short handover, however you will need to be fully experienced in the following duties:
· Responsibility for payments and cashflow control
· Weekly payment runs
· Managing company bank accounts
· Communication with banks, contractors, suppliers, accountants, HMRC etc.
· Production and evaluation of management accounts
· Preparation and submission of VAT returns
· Daily bank reconciliation
· Budgeting and forecasting
· Detailed Cost Analysis
· Management of processes in place
· Aid financial decision making
Key skills and knowledge the ideal candidate will have:
· Experience working with Xero - must have
· Previous experience with accounting and business management systems
You have full financial oversight of the group's businesses. The role will also involve working with other members of the administrative and management team to include an assistant which the candidate will be responsible for managing.
