Leading global brand in Birmingham needing a permanent Business Analyst to join them. £55,000 base + £4,500 cash car allowance + corporate benefits and a discretionary bonus. You will need to be on site 2 days a week and must drive.

Your Role as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment across sectors while improving processes and delivering impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to document and validate requirements.
Process Mapping: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identifying optimisation opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Implementation Support: Assist with testing phases and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation to deliver measurable business benefits.


What We're Looking For:

4+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
Proven track record in documenting business requirements and delivering complex projects.
Expertise in process mapping and business process re-engineering.


Skills & Tools:

Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
