Accounts Assistant - Part Time
Finance assistant/Account assistant required for a company in Coventry.
Duties Include:
- Assist with a variety finance duties including maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
- Purchase invoice processing
- Sales invoice processing
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Supplier payment runs & processing banking transactions
- Assisting with staff expenses and company credit cards
- Bank reconciliations for UK and foreign accounts
- Maintenance of data in the finance system
- Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register
- Month end procedures
- Ad-hoc duties and any project work as required for the smooth running of the department.
Ideally you will have experience of purchase ledger / sales ledger, experience of bank reconciliations, foreign currency knowledge and knowledge of sage line 50.
This is a part time role with hours from 20-30hours
